CONFLICT!-we all know it's a fact of life. While inevitable, people who learn to manage conflict productively resolve issues in ways that lead to growth in their lives and communities.
This Day of Dialogue

members and leaders of Mississippi communities, to discuss conflict and explore options for
the creation of positive change through an understanding of productive communication and conflict.
In addition to comments by local
community leaders, presentations and group discussions
were led by prominent conflict resolution professionals from around the United States, providing a unique environment in which to raise and address issues of concern.
Featuring a Keynote Address by:
Rodger Wilder
President, Gulf Coast Community Foundation
and President-Elect, Mississippi Bar Association
Rodger set the tone for the day and offer possibilities for the future of Mississippi communities by addressing the power of collaboration in addressing and resolving conflict in ways that strengthen the fiber of every community.
